Offered in very good condition with a 3-month warranty, this Webley MK1 represents a significant opportunity for both new shooters and seasoned veterans seeking reliable performance in their air guns.

he Webley MK1 has a storied history, being one of the iconic models produced by Webley & Scott, a manufacturer known for its commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Its design speaks to vintage air rifle enthusiasts while offering functionality that performs well in the modern shooting arena. As a pre-owned rifle, the MK1 is in very good condition, making it a desirable addition to any airgun collection.

One of the key features of the Webley MK1 is its use of single-stroke pneumatic technology. This mechanism simplifies the reloading process by requiring just one stroke to chamber the pellet, making it highly user-friendly and suitable for shooters of all skill levels. This design eliminates the need for complicated multi-stroke systems, providing a straightforward approach that encourages new shooters to engage in the sport without feeling overwhelmed.

The .177 calibre is particularly suitable for both target shooting and small game hunting. Its lightweight pellets offer excellent accuracy and low recoil, allowing for precise shots at various distances. As shooters gain confidence and experience, the .177 calibre provides a great platform for honing marksmanship skills, whether at the range or in the field.

Despite its vintage status, the Webley MK1 achieves velocities of up to 600 fps, making it effective for small pest control and ensuring reliable performance for recreational shooting. This balance of power and accuracy is essential, whether hunting vermin or participating in informal plinking sessions with friends.

One of the outstanding aesthetic qualities of the MK1 is its solid wood stock. The beautifully finished wood not only enhances the rifle’s appearance but also contributes to its durability and overall feel in the shooter’s hands. The medium-weight design, at approximately 2.3 kg, allows for easy handling without causing fatigue, enabling users to maintain steady aim during shooting sessions.

The rifle also features open sights with an adjustable rear for improved targeting accuracy. Shooters can fine-tune their aim for different distances, which is a critical factor in achieving consistent shot placement, especially in competitive shooting scenarios. This capability adds to the versatility of the Webley MK1, catering to both casual shooters and those looking to engage in competitive shooting disciplines.

Safety is a priority in the design of the Webley MK1, equipped with a manual safety catch that prevents accidental discharges. This essential feature enhances peace of mind while handling and transporting the rifle, promoting responsible shooting practices and ensuring that users can handle the air rifle safely in varied environments.

Following the change in the mail order laws (2006 VCR Bill) we can send your purchase to an RFD of your choice or we have a network of registered Firearms dealers (RFD) throughout England, Scotland and Wales enabling us to deliver your rifle for you to collect at your convenience. The £35 postage and RFD charge covers all packaging and postage costs and transfer fees. We use a next-day delivery service allowing you to collect your new gun at your desired location. We only post on Monday-Thursday to avoid delays of your parcel at a distribution depot.
If you make a private purchase then a transfer is not required by law, but it can take the hassle  out of packing and sending via a courier.
An RFD transfer involves contacting a gun shop /dealer near to where you live. We then undertake the necessary  paperwork to ensure it’s all legal.  We pack the item safely and send it via Parcel Force using a secure next day AM delivery.
There is normally a charge from the receiving gun shop but if you select our £35 delivery charge then we take care of the postage and all transfer costs etc.
There are companies that offer a nationwide delivery service by their own drivers, this service can work for some people but the named person who made the purchase will need to be at home to sign for the item at the time of delivery. If you use an RFD service then it will be kept safely at the receiving dealer until you have a convenient time to arrange a Collection.
You will also have the opportunity to pick up any last minute items that you forgot to order, like pellets or Co2 canisters.
