Quick Overview:

The Anschtz 9015 Jon Harris Tuned .177 air rifle represents the pinnacle of precision air rifle engineering. This meticulously crafted firearm combines German manufacturing excellence with Jon Harris’s renowned tuning expertise, resulting in a weapon that delivers unparalleled accuracy and consistency. Whether for competitive field target shooting or benchrest competitions, this rifle offers the performance and adaptability demanded by serious air rifle enthusiasts.

Style:

The Anschtz 9015 exudes a blend of classic precision rifle aesthetics and modern engineering. Its sleek lines and functional design cater to shooters who appreciate both form and function. The rifle is available in various configurations, including the striking blue and yellow Warren Edwards stock option, allowing shooters to personalize their firearm’s appearance.

Design:

At the heart of the 9015’s design is the innovative 5065 4K trigger, which utilizes four bearing balls for exceptionally smooth and precise operation. The rifle’s action is built upon the proven Anschtz 9003 S2 platform, with Jon Harris’s modifications enhancing its performance capabilities. The PRECISE stock option, crafted from a solid billet of high-grade aluminium, provides a rock-solid foundation for the action, minimizing vibrations and ensuring shot-to-shot consistency.

Construction and Quality:

The Anschtz 9015 is built to exacting standards, reflecting the brand’s reputation for precision engineering. Jon Harris’s modifications, including a fully machined middle section for the ONE stock variant, demonstrate the attention to detail in addressing potential issues like point of impact shift. The use of high-grade materials, such as the billet aluminium PRECISE stock, ensures longevity and consistent performance.

Performance:

Jon Harris’s tuning elevates the 9015’s performance to exceptional levels. The rifle offers remarkable accuracy that remains consistent across varying weather conditions and seasons. The adjustable power output, ranging from 7.5J to 16J, allows shooters to fine-tune the rifle’s performance for different competition requirements or shooting disciplines. The 4K trigger mechanism provides a crisp, predictable break, enhancing the shooter’s ability to place shots with precision.

Versatility:

The 9015’s adaptability is a key strength. With its adjustable power output and compatibility with various stock configurations, the rifle can be tailored to suit individual shooter preferences and specific competitive events. The ability to quickly switch between power levels makes it suitable for both UK legal limit shooting and full-power competitions abroad.

Maintenance and Longevity:

Designed for long-term reliability, the 9015 incorporates high-quality seals and O-rings that contribute to its consistent performance. While the rifle has fewer O-rings compared to some other PCP rifles, it’s advisable to keep spare sets on hand for maintenance. The robust construction and use of durable materials suggest that with proper care, the 9015 will maintain its accuracy and performance for many years.

Miscellaneous or Additional Information:

The rifle comes with a detailed user manual and basic maintenance tools. Optional accessories, such as custom-fit hard cases and specialised cleaning kits, are available separately. ANSCHUTZ offers excellent customer support and a network of authorised service centres for any required maintenance or repairs.

In conclusion,

the Anschtz 9015 Jon Harris Tuned .177 air rifle represents the culmination of precision engineering and expert customization. It offers competition-grade accuracy, adaptability, and consistency that will satisfy the most demanding air rifle shooters.
